Be careful! You will find nothing but cheat in this service center. I am from Berlin, I got a flat tire 4km from Plaza de España (Barcelona), the place where Pinchazos 24 Horas is located. So, I called them. Although they promised that their mechanic would arrive in 15min, I had to wait more than an hour. I didn’t have wheel wrenches and jacks, so I had to wait for the mechanic to change the flat tire for a spare one. I had to pay (don’t laugh, please) 159 EUR for this. So he was late for an hour, he did a simple operation and I had to pay for this 159 EUR. But that was not the end. I asked Pinchazos 24 Horas to repair my flat tire, and was informed that it would cost me around 359 EUR. I didn’t find the price reasonable and went to another service center. I paid 200 EUR there instead of 359 EUR for the same service. If people are trying to cheat you twice or even three times, you’d better think about changing the service point. And you’d better avoid this place called Pinchazos 24 Horas.

Hello, I think i was robbed. I paid twice the price the cost of 4 new wheels -1600 € It was an emmergency. I went back home to Paris with my two old granddaughter. So I had no other choice. I think that it's shameful to take advantage of a desparate situation of people. When possible GOto another place. Too bad....
